Cartas Cabales by Tomás Segovia from the epistolary tradition

Abstract

This article studies the relationship between selected letters, written by Tomás Segovia, published in La Jornada Semanal, in Mexico, with the epistolary gender. The paper presents the connection of Segovia‟s letters and the literary Hispanic tradition and, particularly, to the epistolary tradition, specifically with the “moral epistle”.
